Returns and full refund will be considered if:

  • Reported within 7 days of the goods being received
  • The product has not been used or altered
  • The product has not been washed, soiled or damaged
  • The product is still in the original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item prior to replacement or refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us immediately and we will arrange to uplift the goods, free of charge.

Should you wish to return goods for any other reason, you may do so at your own risk and expense. Please notify us in writing of your return within 7 days by emailing us on sales@ellenivy.co.za

In the case of returns we shall refund the amount via EFT to your nominated bank account. Please kindly submit this info when returning in order for us to complete the refund.
